Payments on the ICBS website are made in total security and 100% respecting the confidentiality of your data. We offer our users different payment methods, and in addition to the classic credit card and bank transfer, also prepaid credit, very useful in cases of numerous and recurring orders.
Credit card
Payment by credit card is certainly the fastest method to activate your orders. You can use a valid credit card, belonging to the Visa, MasterCard and Amex circuits.
Your card details are completely safe through the Global Sign Alpha SSL Certificate and the HTTPS protocol.
To make the payment even more secure, the first time a credit card number is entered, we will send you a security code to your mobile phone (via SMS) to verify your identity and discourage illicit payments by malicious people.
Within your Customer Area you can save a credit card to speed up the renewal operations of the services and save you time for subsequent orders.
Bank transfer
During the purchase process, it is possible to choose bank transfer as the payment method. To activate your services, the transfer must be made within 5 days from the generation of the order.
To speed up the activation process, we kindly ask you to send the payment receipt via email to sales@icbs.it.
The payment details, including IBAN and account holder information, will be provided once the order has been generated.
PayPal
It is also possible to pay for orders on our website using PayPal. PayPal allows payments in two modes:
- Credit / Debit Card: By choosing this method, you can pay for orders using any credit, debit, or prepaid card. A PayPal account is not required.
- PayPal Account: By choosing this method, you can pay using your PayPal account, which will draw from your remaining balance or the payment methods linked to it.
At the moment, automatic renewals are not supported through this payment method.
