SSL Installation

We will install your SSL certificate to protect the domain for which you ordered it

Transfer of the SSL certificate

We will transfer your SSL certificate from an external provider to the server from ICBS.

FTP Content

We will restore the contents of the entire FTP server or the directory you indicate. During the restore, we will overwrite the contents of the target location with the files we own in the copy.

Email Messages

We will recover the content of the email account you specify.

Error Analysis

We will analyze the errors generated on your site. We will indicate the cause and suggest a solution.

Server Performance Analysis

We will perform log analysis, scan the server with an antivirus, check the relevance of CMSs, and suggest improvements.

FTP Logs

We will provide you with access to logs that display all successful and unsuccessful connections to the FTP server.

SMTP Logs

We will provide you with access to logs that display all successful and unsuccessful connections to the SMTP server.

Database Import/Export

We will export for you the selected database (MySQL/PostgreSQL/MS SQL). We can also import a copy of the database placed on the FTP server into a specified database created on the server.

File Operations

Data compression (TGZ/ZIP/7Z with a high compression rate), data decompression from the provided archive (it is possible to download data from an external server via FTP/HTTP/rsync), copying/moving files within the server, elaboration of statistics regarding files (size, number of directories/subdirectories). We download and decompress archives containing up to 100 GB of data.

Data Transfer Between Servers

We will transfer data between the servers indicated by ICBS (files, email accounts, databases). The servers between which we transfer the data must be registered for the same data and must be valid for at least 60 days. The service is not covered by a discount within the Premium Help.

Databases

We will restore and overwrite the database of your choice with the backup version.
