Advanced caching system

All our websites use cache by default to optimize performance, improving it by up to 5 times! We use cache for both static resources and dynamically generated output from PHP. Additionally, customers can enable Memcached or Redis for database-driven websites.

Distributed backups

Our backups are distributed across different geographical locations. In case of a disaster, the system could restore large amounts of data quickly to power your site even on a server in a different continent.

SSL included

We were one of the first to integrate Let's Encrypt and issue and renew automatically a free SSL certificate to every site created on our platform. We give you the opportunity to add free SSLs from your control panels.

Everything you do from the panel you can do from code. The documentation is open and readable without signing up: 57 endpoints across domains, DNS, email, hosting, monitoring, FTP, databases and orders.

Frequently asked questions about the technology

Yes. Versions 8.0 to 8.4 are available, and 8.4 is the default on new services. You switch from the panel, and it is reversible: if a plugin is not ready, you go back.

The first works on static assets and on the output generated by PHP, and it is already on for every site. Memcached and Redis are object caches, enabled on request, and they help sites that query the database heavily: useful on a shop or a site with a members area, not on a brochure page.

Yes to both. They are included in the plans at no extra cost: if you work from the command line you do not have to go through the panel for every operation.

Between the moment a vulnerability becomes public and the moment the update ships, days pass — and those are the days when automated attacks land. In that window we write a WAF rule that blocks the attack anyway, even though the software is not fixed yet.

The full backup is daily and the storage is distributed across several geographic locations: a problem in one site does not take the copies with it.
