General Conditions for the Provision of the Certified Electronic Mail (PEC) Service

Real Tech srl distributes the Certified Electronic Mail services of Aruba Pec S.p.A., an entity accredited by CNIPA (National Center for Public Administration IT) and listed in the public directory of Certified Electronic Mail Providers, available on the AgID (Agency for Digital Italy) website.

Aruba Pec S.p.A. is fully responsible for the Certified Electronic Mail service.

The Customer undertakes to consult in advance the operational manual downloadable from the ICBS website and published on the Aruba Pec S.p.A. portal, and to comply with its provisions. The Customer undertakes to keep the service access codes with the utmost confidentiality and diligence, and it is also prohibited to transfer them to third parties under any circumstances.

  • Any log requests must be sent by the mailbox owner to the contacts indicated for this purpose in the operational manual.
  • The service duration is one year, starting from the activation date.
  • The service must not be used to store, send, publish, transmit, and/or share applications or electronic documents that conflict with or violate intellectual property rights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, or other proprietary rights of third parties.
  • The Certified Electronic Mail service was created by Aruba Pec S.p.A. in compliance with the provisions of D.P.R. no. 68/2005 and the Decree of 2.11.2005, as well as the provisions of D.P.R. no. 82/2005. The Customer, therefore, acknowledges that the use of certified email is governed by the aforementioned provisions.
  • The service may undergo modifications or updates to comply with the evolving regulations of certified email as a result of future laws, including those implementing the same D.P.R.
  • The certified mail service requires, for its proper functioning, that the hardware and software used to access the service comply with the specifications in the operational manual and the documentation provided with the service, and that the system is properly configured. The Customer, therefore, assumes full responsibility for any non-compliance of the connectivity with the technical specifications provided and for any malfunctions or service outages resulting from this.
  • The Customer agrees not to use (and to ensure that all service users do not use) the service to send, publish, transmit, and/or share applications or electronic documents that:
    • conflict with or violate intellectual property rights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, or other proprietary rights of third parties;
    • contain defamatory, slanderous, or threatening content;
    • contain pornographic or obscene material, viruses, or other contaminating or destructive features;
    • damage, violate, or attempt to violate the secrecy of correspondence and the right to privacy;
    • in any case, are in conflict with applicable laws and/or regulations.

Subscription of PEC for companies in the process of incorporation

The PEC mailboxes subscribed for companies in the process of incorporation will be activated with a VAT number set to 00000000000.

Within 30 days of service activation, the mailbox owner must provide the ordinary chamber of commerce registration of the newly established company. Otherwise, the PEC mailbox will be suspended (and the suspension will be notified) until the chamber of commerce registration is received.
