List prices are on every product page and include VAT: what you see is what you pay. This page has the rest: what is not in the price and is usually discovered at the wrong moment.
What you do not pay
- Migrating your site from another provider: we do it, free of charge.
- Incoming domain transfers: free, and the expiry date you built up with your previous provider is kept. You do not lose the time you have already paid for.
- Support: included in the price of the service. Not charged per ticket or per intervention.
- No minimum purchase.
What you pay only if it happens
Renewing after the expiry date carries extra costs that are not ours to set: each extension's registry imposes them.

That €250 is not a typo: recovering a .com you forgot for a month costs more than ten years of renewals. It is why it pays to renew a few days early — and one extra business day for an ordinary bank transfer, since the renewal takes effect once the payment is matched to your account.

What you do not get back
- Withdrawing before the expiry date does not entitle you to a refund for the unused period. This is set out in the general terms, and it is worth knowing when you choose the term.
- If a domain registration does not go through for reasons outside our control, the amount paid is retained as an administrative procedure fee, with a regular invoice.
What is adjusted pro rata
- Plan upgrades and downgrades: the adjustment is on a daily basis. You pay for the time you use.
And if you decide to leave
The data is yours and we give it to you on request — databases, files and mailboxes. Ask before the contract expires: afterwards an expired domain cannot be transferred, and after thirty days the service is deleted. The detail is on the renewals page.
